All data is collected by us at ERAB on your websites, through your company's telephone exchange, via employees at your company, i.e. direct collection without the involvement of third parties unless a subcontractor has asked us to help and we have received personal data shared with us.

2. use of personal data

2.1 The purpose of this data collection is to fulfill and keep contracts that we have concluded with you for work regarding chimney works and related details, inspections thereof or quotation requests and also warranty or service matters.

2.2 We only process the personal data that is necessary and relevant to fulfill our purpose with the personal data.

3. storage of your personal data

3.1 Your personal data is stored internally in our server, computers and phones. Login to the server, computer and phones are password protected to limit unauthorized access. The server and IT operations are provided by Teknik Kontor Servrar i Örebro AB Data (556501-1938). We work with Microsoft's Office 365 services that meet the requirements of GDPR.

3.2 All data is stored in the EU and therefore protected by the General Data Protection Regulation.

3.3 Together with our IT operations, we continuously ensure that all security and organizational safety measures are taken to ensure that your personal data is not destroyed or lost illegally. In addition, we ensure that unauthorized persons do not have access to process or misuse the information in a way that is contrary to the applicable rules for processing personal data.

4.1 We may share your personal data with suppliers, subcontractors, independent surveyors, insurers, banks, advisors, etc. if it is necessary to perform our contract with you.

8.1 Twice a year, all staff and devices (computers, servers, phones, etc.) that store information in the company are reviewed to ensure that everything complies with our guidelines.

9. camera surveillance

9.1 Our properties are monitored with cameras at entrances for crime prevention purposes. This is done outside the property and at entrances. The surveillance only takes place on our land and is clearly marked with signs and contact information for us. Only video is recorded and saved in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation.
